I provide CRM and email marketing expertise in two ways: as a fractional lead for teams without that specialism in-house, or as freelance support on a defined project.

Some clients have no in-house marketing function and need someone to own CRM and email. Others have a marketing team already, but not the specialist CRM and email skills, or the technical depth in the platforms themselves, to get full value from what they've already invested in. Either way, I bring 20 years of hands-on experience and a senior leadership background to get it right.

Many clients start with an audit, which reveals the quick wins and the longer-term priorities. From there, we agree whether ongoing fractional support or a scoped project is the better fit.
