About me
Hi! I'm Libby, a CRM & Email Marketing Consultant based in Oxfordshire, UK. I've been working in CRM & Email Marketing for over 18 years now. My experience spans both B2B and B2C and a wide variety of different industries. I work with many different CRM and marketing automation platforms including Pardot, HubSpot, Dotdigital, Klaviyo and many more.
I love working with data and technology, but I also have a creative streak that ensures I can develop CRM communications that deliver results!

My Story
Most of my career has been spent employed client side in a variety of industries including Financial Services, Hair & Beauty, Travel and Music Technology.
At the end of 2023, I decided to take the plunge and set up my own freelance business offering CRM & Email Marketing Services. I wanted to use my extensive experience in CRM and Email Marketing to help more companies to maximise the value they are getting from their CRM and marketing automation software investments.
I love the variety of work and clients that freelancing gives me. One minute I can be working on a strategy, the next I am hands on in the CRM building out automated journeys. My clients come from many different industries from Legal firms to industrial buildings and healthcare!
